Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, 5th November 2022, aged 78 years.

Beloved Wife of Arnold (dec’d). Loved Mother of Kerry, Hank, Niome. Treasured Nan of Tanahya, Caleb, Lucas, Micah, Lahni, Matilda, Noah, Isaac, Elijah. Daughter of Frank Monaghan and Alice Monaghan (nee Smith). Sister of Frank, Midgie, Grace, Margie, Jonie, Ronnie (Akka), Roy (Jubba), Elizabeth (Bungee). Special Friend of many.

Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Graveside Service for Patricia, to be held at the Gayndah Lawn Cemetery on Friday, 18th November 2022, commencing at 11am.

The Graveside Service will be livestreamed. Those wishing to participate should email admin@jenlesley.com.au no later than close of business the day before.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Care Flight would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the service.
