Passed away suddenly on Thursday, 25 August 2022, aged 53 years.

Adored Husband of Melissa. Loving Father of Josh, Laine, Bailey, and Riley. Much loved Son of Richard and Stephanie Roth. Cherished Brother of Andrew and Nathan.

Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend a celebration of Chuck’s life to be held at the Eidsvold Sports Shed (The Big Green Shed) at the Eidsvold Showgrounds, on Wednesday, 7 September 2022, commencing at 1pm, followed by interment at the Eidsvold Lawn Cemetery.
