Passed away peacefully on Monday 4th of October 2021. Aged 71years. Much loved Partner of Raymond “Solly” Sorensen. Loving Mother and Mother-in-law of Craig and Carmelle, Sandra and Jamie. Precious Nanna of Declan, Saxon, Levi, Matthias, Addison, Jessica and Joshua. Cherished Sister and Sister-in-law of Judy, Cathy and Glen and Allison and Tony. Beloved Aunt of her Nieces and Nephews.

Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend a celebration of Jan’s life to be held at the Great Northern Garden of Remembrance, 31-35 Tallowood Drive, Deception Bay, on Friday the 15th of October 2021, commencing at 11am.
