Late of Baskerville Road, Mundubbera. Passed away peacefully on Friday, 6 November 2015.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to a Memorial Service to celebrate John’s life to be held at the Mundubbera Bowls Club on Saturday, 14 November 2015, commencing at 11:00am.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Epilepsy Queensland.
