Late of Gunther Village, Gayndah, Formerly of Childers. Passed away peacefully on Sunday, 30 October 2022, aged 97 years. Son of Fred (dec’d) and Sarah Manuel (dec’d) of Kent, United Kingdom. Brother of Vera (dec’d), Daphne (dec’d), Roy (dec’d), Keith (dec’d). Father and Father-in-law of Christine-Jane (dec’d) and Grahame, Diana and Warwick (dec’d), Hilary (dec’d). Grandfather to their children. Former Fleet Air Arm Officer in the United Kingdom and Australian Navies. Eric has been privately cremated. All those who knew him are invited to attend a short memorial service to be held as he is interred into the Memorial Wall at the Childers Cemetery on Monday 14 November 2022 at 11am.
