Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 19 April 2022, aged 93 years.

Loving Wife of Walter (dec’d). Much loved Mother, Mother-in-law, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. Special Friend to many.

Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend the Graveside Service for Hazel to be held at the Mundubbera Monumental Cemetery on Tuesday, 26 April 2022, commencing at 10am.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mundubbera Hospital Auxiliary would be appreciated. Envelopes available at the service.
