Passed away tragically on Friday, 7 April 2017, aged 3 years.

Darling Son of Wayne and Sarah. Cherished Baby Brother of his “Sissy” Dakotah. Beloved Grandson of Maa and Poppy and Nana and Grandad. Much loved Nephew of his many Aunts and Uncles.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a celebration of Phoenix’s life to be held in the Mt Perry Memorial Park Playground on Friday, 21 April 2017 commencing at 2 pm.
